Mrs. Beverly Ann Ray Klincko, of Woodstock, GA passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023, following brief illness. She was eighty.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday January 14, 2023, at 2:00pm at Canton First United Methodist Church Canton, GA
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made in Beverly’s memory to Georgia Mountain Hospice and/or the Cherokee County Animal Shelter.
Mrs. Klincko was born October 7, 1942, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Kenneth Clark and Hope Isabel Walker Ray. Graduated from Ohio University and was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority.
Member of The Daughters of the American Revolution. She was an educator for 10 years teaching Kindergarten and then a realtor for 5 years. Her and Dan loved to travel. Traveling around the world. She had a great love of animals, especially cats. She loved playing cards and Bunco with her friends. Her family was everything to her, especially her grandchildren. She was a cheerleader for many family endeavors and always was ready to make her family laugh as well as anyone around her.
Beverly had love for service over the years volunteering with Meals on Wheels, The United Methodist Children’s Homes, Samaritans Purse, the gift shop at Northside Cherokee Hospital, numerous programs at Wesley Chapel UMC as well as Canton First UMC a Cub Scout den mom as well as a Brownie Leader.
Survived by loving husband of 57 yrs. Daniel Klincko daughter Kelle Klincko Ford and Kyle Klincko grandchildren Parker, Hayden and Griffin Ford and Zachary and Kaitlyn Klincko. Preceded in death by parents Dr. Kenneth and Hope Ray and brother Dr. John Ray.
