Brenda Toothman

Brenda was truly a remarkable woman. She welcomed so many people into her life, heart and home. Her family was her love; she was an amazing mother, a loving sister, an extraordinary MeeMaw, and an exceptional friend. Brenda loved to cook, bake and entertain, couldn't get enough of playing Candy Crush, and she made the holidays spectacular. She was married to Bill Toothman for 26 years and is survived by two daughters, Mende & Emily Eblin, both from Charleston, WV, and a grandson Adam Garrett, Alison & Tom Garland, from Kennesaw, GA, Lara & Jeff Toothman, from Tampa, GA, and granddaughters Gracie Toothman and Taylor Garland. 6 surviving brothers: Wiley Cullop, Jr. from Ghent WV; Jim Cullop from Beckley, WV;Richard Cullop from Stafford,VA: Alvie Cullop from Roanoke,VA; Cecil (T.C.) Cullop Hickory, NC; and Greg Cullop from Beckley, WV. 6 surviving sisters: Barbara Ripley from Beckley,WV; Marion Fox, Beckley,WV; Mary Lynn Shrewsbury from Culpeper, VA; Shirley Thompson from Ghent,WV; Rosa Lee Casteel, Mesa, AZ; and Karen Deck from Beaver, WV. Preceded in death by parents: Wiley Victor Cullop, Sr. and Katherine Elizabeth Cullop, brothers, John Cullop and Dale Cullop, 1 sister,Helen Crager.
