Carolyn Beverly McDonald

Carolyn Beverly McDonald, of Woodstock, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024.
Carolyn was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Raymond and Thelma Burroughs on July 19, 1945.
Faith and family have always been the cornerstone of Carolyn's life. She loved being a mother and was devoted to spending time with her children. Watching her children and grandchildren grow and learn was a joy to her. 
Carolyn led by example. She lived a life that reflected God's love. She was a deeply spiritual person and followed God's word. She loved her friends and neighbors and would happily share her faith with others. She prayed for everyone and was there to comfort and help anytime she could. 
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Thelma Hasty Burroughs.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Richard Alexander McDonald; daughter, Nancy (Russell) Davis; son, William (Piper) Hutchinson; grandchildren, Brandon Davis, Deven Davis, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, and Tyler McGlamry; great-grandson, Braylon Davis; and her sister, Brenda Young.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with a Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 pm. Services will be held at Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, Georgia.
