Cindy DeNIse, 70, went home to be with the Lord on February 16, 2022, after a long battle with Emphysema.
Cindy grew up in the Ben Hill part of Southwest Atlanta, and attended L.O. Kimberly Elementary and D.M. Therrell high school. She graduated from Therrell High with the class of 1970.
She loved all animals, especially horses, Cats and Dogs, if fact one of her greatest pleasures was showing Siberian Huskies across the Southeastern US. Her Huskies won several trophies for Best in Show.
After High School, Cindy went right to work. She held many assorted jobs working as everything from check processing, a night dispatcher at a Limousine company, and a Deli worker at Publix in Canton Ga. She also enjoyed collecting Ty Beanie Babies and was an excellent seamstress in her spare time.
Cynthia also enjoyed the trips we took to Florida, and sunbathing on the beach, as well as attending family gatherings. She had great work ethic and was generous to a fault.
Cindy will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by brothers: Larry DeNise and his wife Kathy, Chris DeNise, and Richard DeNise and his wife Debbie. Cindy has 3 nephews; Christopher. Kevin and Ricky. She was preceded in death by Father Clinton DeNIse and Mother Linda Thompson DeNise. Cindy also has cousins Susan Holliday, John Bernhardt, and Danny Boozer.
