Ms. Denise Jean Divine Christensen, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Graceful Swan Personal Care Home following an extended illness.  She was 75 years old.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held a 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 8^th, 2022, at Poole Funeral Home Chapel.  For those who cannot attend in person we will livestream the service.  Please click on the link below to participate.
