Dennis Law

Mr. Dennis Ray Law, husband of Connie Fuqua Law, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at his home, at the age of 65. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Saturday July 14, 2018 at 2:30 PM in Poole Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Poole Funeral Home prior to the service. Dennis was born June 19, 1953 in Marietta GA, to Thelma Martin Law and the late Ray Terry Law. Mr. Law retired from the Cobb County Police Department after 28 years serving on the Motorcycle Patrol. He and Connie later travel the southeast selling peanuts and people began to call him "the peanut man". Dennis was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother David Law. In addition to his mother and his wife, Dennis is survived by his daughter, Denise Garlinghouse and her husband Grant; son Daniel Law; brothers Timmy and Terry Law; daughter in law Angie Law; grandchildren Jordan Allen, Austin Garlinghouse, Justice Law and Chandler Law; great grandchildren Aiden, Riley, Chloe Allen, Zayden Law; step grandchildren Ryan and Casey Dobbs, Noal and Isaiah Law; Online condolences may be made at www.poolefuneralhome.net
