Mrs. Dolores Ann Behrman, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away at her residence April 17, 2019 after an extended illness. She was 76. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at Poole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kent Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 1:30 pm April 29, 2019 with Poole Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 11:00 am before the service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to The National Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org or Seasons Hospice www.seasons.org Mrs. Behrman was born November 20, 1942 in Huntington, New York to the late Joseph and Lillian Malone. As a child, she enjoyed music and dancing, and even in her last days, she would smile and tap her toes to songs from her young years. After high school, Mrs. Behrman worked as a Publication Clerk for Sperry Systems Management where she met Bob. Soon she took on the role of full-time homemaker, raising a family with kisses, Bible stories and delicious Italian dishes. Although she never believed it, she truly was an amazing cook. After moving to Georgia, Mrs. Behrman and her family attended Mount Paran Church in Atlanta. Her faith in Jesus was a hallmark of her life and the inspiration behind her compassion and kindness toward those around her. Mrs. Behrman was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Joseph, Robert, James, John, and Betty. Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob" Behrman, Woodstock, GA; her married daughters, Michelle Oliveri (Joseph), San Martin, CA, Danielle Cox (Curtis), Kennesaw, GA, Deborah Confer (Christopher), Spring Hill, TN; two grandchildren, Madison Soucie and Sean Confer; one sister Patricia Arbonaise, Acworth, GA; one brother George Malone, New York; and many nieces and nephews.
