Mr. Emory Lee Worsham, 74, of Sugar Hill, GA, passed away Thursday, May 16th, 2019 at The Oaks at Fairmount. Emory was born to the late George Thomas Worsham, and Irene Lillian Self, July 12, 1944 in Atlanta, GA at Grady Hospital. Emory graduated from West Fulton High School in 1963. Emory was employed as a Linesman/Foreman by the Georgia Power/Southern Company for 39 years. Emory was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Emory is survived by 5 children: Natalie Cheek (Bobby), Keith Worsham (Pam), David Worsham (Christine), Bevan Chapman (Jeff), and Steven Worsham (Michelle). He also is survived by 15 grandchildren: Selena Adamson (Scott), Alex Flanagan (Jacob), Emily Rohler (Nick), Nathan Cheek (Jade), Ashleigh Worsham, Ryan Worsham (Juli), Tyler Worsham, Jeremy Worsham, Jordan Worsham, Avie Chapman, Kaelyn Chapman, Luke Chapman, Lilly Chapman, Zoe Worsham, and Mason Worsham. As well as 5 great-grandchildren: Ryleigh Adamson, McKinley Adamson, Blakely Adamson, Cooper Flanagan, and Cash Flanagan. A brother: Robert T. Worsham. And he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Worsham.Survived by the mother of his children, Brenda Morrison. Visitation will be held from 12pm to 2pm at Poole Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be held at 2pm Sunday, May 19th, 2019 at Poole Funeral Home Chapel in Woodstock, GA with Bob Gagnon officiating. Interment will follow at Northview Cemetery in Cedartown, GA. Graveside service will be conducted by Keith Worsham and the grave will be dedicated by Max Kimball. Active casket bearers will be David Worsham, Steven Worsham, Ryan Worsham, Bobby Cheek, Jeff Chapman, and Scott Adamson. Honorary pallbearer will be Keith Worsham.
