Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Perkins, 87, of Woodstock, GA, died June 02, 2019, at Insignia Healthcare in Woodstock, GA.� Mrs. Perkins will be taken back to Columbus, Ohio for her service to be held at Schoedinger East Chapel Funeral Home later this week.� Final arrangements will be posted at a later date.
