Glenn Russell Miller

Glenn R. Miller, 63, of Marietta, Georgia (formally from Robinson, IL) joined our Lord in Heaven on August 12, 2021. Glenn was a 1976 graduate of Robinson High School and a 1980 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he majored in Logistical Engineering. After graduation, Glenn decided to make Georgia his home where he continued to work in his area of interest. Glenn lived his life to the fullest each and every day. He loved God earnestly, studied His word, and faithfully prayed daily. He loved his family and friends whole-heartedly. While we are saddened beyond words, we will live each day being grateful for the time we had with him, and the love and joy of life he shared with us. Glenn was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Miller, his grandparents, many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Miller, of Marietta, Georgia, his mother, Janet Miller, of Robinson, Illinois, his sister, Laura Meyer, of Marietta, Georgia, and his niece, Emily Meyer, of Acworth, Georgia. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 17, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA. The funeral will be held Wednesday, August 18, at 11:00 AM at the church he attended faithfully, First Baptist Church of Woodstock. Burial will follow at Enon Cemetery.
