J D Carlton, age 91, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away January 2, 2016 at his residence. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Carlton of Woodstock, daughter, Phyllis Gray of Woodstock and grandchildren, Matthew Gray, Melissa Robinson and Kelly Fichtner and great-grandchildren Irelyn and Lincoln Robinson. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 6, 2017 at 9:00 am at the Poole Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Ric Cadle officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia at 10:30 am.
