James Jinks

James "Tony" Jinks, of Acworth, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Kennestone Hospital. He was 60. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Poole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donald Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Cemetery with Poole Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Woodstock. Mr. Jinks was born November 6, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late James Hoyt and Martha Lousie Nalley Jinks. Mr. Jinks worked for 35 years as a Facility Maintenance Manager for CIBA Vision. James enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed Ford Trucks and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. Mr. Jinks was a devoted family man and loved his family. Mr. Jinks was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Jinks. He is survived by his wife, Rita Jinks, Acworth, GA; three sons, Cliff Jinks (Melissa), Joe Jinks (Lindsay), and Josh Jinks (Katie); two brothers, Rodney Jinks, and Michael Jinks; two grandchildren, Jacob Jinks and Chloe Jinks; also a host of extended family and friends; Online condolences may be made at www.poolefuneralhome.net
