Mr. Jeffery Ryan, “Bubba” Branum passed away peacefully at his home on November 19, 2022. Jeff was born in Charleston, South Carolina on December 23, 1971 to Tommy N. Branum and Nikki G. Shelton. He was a 1990 graduate of North Cobb High School in Kennesaw, Ga. Jeff enlisted in the US Navy as a corpsman in 1991 serving until early 2000. After a brief break he reenlisted in the US Navy Reserve and served until February, 2013. He was honored to achieve the rank of Chief petty officer. Jeff worked full time as a pediatric nurse in the private sector for 23 years. He enjoyed baseball, tennis, camping, fishing among many other hobbies.

Jeff is survived by his father Tommy and wife Onna Branum, mother Nikki Shelton, two daughters Nikki Branum, Baily Branum, his sisters’ Stacy Willingham (Todd), Olivia Goddard (Chris), second wife Keri Calaway, as well as four nephews and one niece. The family has entrusted the Georgia National Cemetery with the arrangements. A full honors ceremony is scheduled for December, 9 2022 at 9:00 a.m.

A celebration of life gathering with family and friends will follow the ceremony at His Hands Church in Woodstock, Ga.
