Joel Haywood Quick (age 75) passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on October 6, 2023 in Canton, GA from complications of a serious brain injury.  He was born on May 10, 1948 in San Angelo, TX to William MacDonald Quick and May Margaret Tupper.

He was a hard worker and was generous in helping others. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and enjoyed serving as an ordinance worker in the Atlanta Temple.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Murphy Quick.
