Madesta Leonard

Madesta (Dusty) Leonard n�e Keller was born in Bucyrus, Ohio on July 27, 1937 to John and Mary Keller and passed away on September 16, 2020 with her family near her side. Dusty was a graduate of Galllion High School and retired from the Licking County School System as an Attendance Officer in 1999. Dusty was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In 1955 she married her first and only love, Bill, who she had met when he was home on leave from the Navy. They were married for 65 years at the time of her passing. Dusty taught piano in Johnstown Ohio for many years, played Piano at Johnstown Church of Christ, Heath Church of Christ and sang or played in various choral groups and choirs around the area. Dusty is survived by her husband, William Leonard, and children Michael & Sheree Leonard of Canton GA, (Mike and Ashley Quakenbush, Austin Leonard); Linda & Steve Hoffman of Ashland, KY (Amie Schwendeman, Kelli Hoffman, Jonathan and Samantha Hoffman); Tami & Carl Wheeler of Magnolia, TX (Samantha and Rob Bull, Alexandra Wheeler); and her Sister Connie Luidhardt and sister in law Roma Keller. She is survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Keller, her brother James Keller, her sister Gladys Starlin & brother in laws Warren Starlin and Paul Luidhardt.
