Martha Felicita Landeo, also known as Mamita, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 12th 2023. She was born in the village of Casma in Peru. She was the oldest of fourteen siblings.


Martha lived most of her life in the barrio of Puerto Nuevo, Peru where she married Nemesio Landeo. Martha was famously known as a chef who cooked delicious food in Puerto Nuevo. She raised her four children in Peru until they migrated to the United States in the 90’s to begin the American dream for her children and future generations.

Mamita is recognized as an amazing, loving, and caring sister, mother, and grandmother. Mamita enjoyed cooking, sewing, cleaning, and waking up early. But, the thing she most loved was her family. Martha is recognized as an amazing family-oriented and strong woman. Mamita always was there as a support figure when needed.

Mamita was the mother of four children. Mamita was the grandmother to eight grandchildren and great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren.

Martha is greeted in heaven by her son, Luis Landeo, her husband, Nemesio Landeo, her sister Camencha, and her parents. Martha is survived by her daughters, Lilian Puga and Laura Sanchez, and her son Leo Landeo, and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Martha’s family welcomes everyone to celebrate Mamita’s life for a viewing at Poole Funeral Home on Saturday January 14th from 12 pm to 8 pm. There will be a service at 11 am on Sunday January 15th at Poole Funeral Home for those who would like to speak words about Mamita. On Monday January 16th at 11 am, the burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Cemetery.

 

Martha Felicita Landeo, también conocida como Mamita, falleció en paz el jueves 12 de enero de 2023. Nació en el pueblo de Casma en Perú. Era la mayor de catorce hermanos.

Martha vivió parte de su vida en el barrio de Puerto Nuevo, Perú, donde se casó con Nemesio Landeo. Martha era famosa por ser una chef que cocinaba comida deliciosa en Puerto Nuevo. Crió a sus cuatro hijos en Perú hasta que emigraron a los Estados Unidos en la década de los 90 para comenzar el sueño americano para sus hijos y futuras generaciones.

Mamita es reconocida como una hermana, madre y abuela increíble y cariñosa. Mamita disfrutaba cocinar, coser, limpiar y levantarse temprano. Pero, lo que más amaba era su familia. Martha es reconocida como una mujer increíble, fuerte y orientada a la familia. Mamita siempre estuvo ahí como figura de apoyo cuando se la necesitaba.

Mamita era madre de cuatro hijos. Mamita era abuela de ocho nietos y bisabuela de tres bisnietos.

Martha es recibida en el cielo por su hijo Luis Landeo, su esposo Nemesio Landeo, su hermana Camencha y sus padres. A Martha le sobreviven sus hijas, Lilian Puga y Laura Sanchez, y su hijo Leo Landeo, y todos sus nietos y bisnietos.

La familia de Martha da la bienvenida a todos para celebrar la vida de Mamita en Poole Funeral Home el sábado 14 de enero de 12:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. Habrá un servicio a las 11 am el domingo 15 de enero en Poole Funeral Home para aquellos que deseen hablar sobre Mamita. El lunes 16 de enero a las 11 am, el entierro será en el cementerio Kennesaw Memorial.
