In Loving Memory of Lisa Hood Reynolds (Age 65)

Lisa Hood Reynolds, aged 65, passed away on September 13. 2023, joining her beloved husband, Cliff, in eternal rest. Lisa was preceded in death by her Father, Harley Johnson, her mother, Mary Moss Johnson, her brothers, Ronnie and Randall (Zip) Johnson and her first husband, Greg Hood.  

Lisa's enduring legacy lives on through her two children, Kevin Hood and Angela Lovelady, along with Angela's husband, Chris Lovelady. She also leaves behind three cherished grandchildren: Michael Ballard Hood, Elizabeth (Libby) Dyer, and Ryan Dyer.

In addition to her immediate family, Lisa is survived by her sister, Bonnie Decker, and a host of nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Lisa's love for her children and grandchildren was boundless, despite her stern exterior. She was recognized by family, friends, and neighbors as a person always ready to roll up her sleeves and lend a helping hand. Lisa had a remarkable talent for fixing things, earning her the admiration of those fortunate enough to know her.

Lisa was a dedicated employee of the City of Marietta.  She eventually retired, leaving behind a lasting impact on her colleagues and the city she cherished.

A memorial service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held on September 29th at Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA.    The family will receive visitors from 12-3 and the Service will be from 3-4.  

May she rest in peace, knowing that her love, steadfastness, and memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of her family and friends.
