Michael Turk

Mr. Michael Thomas Turk, of Canton, Georgia passed away at his residence following an extended illness. He was 55. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday December 29, 2016 at Hillside United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Georgia National Cemetery with Military Honors and Poole Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held at Poole Funeral Home Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. Flowers will be accepted. Pallbearers will be Robert Turk, Matthew Turk, Richard Turk, Walt Olsen, Blake Roberts, and Jeff Orr Mr. Turk was born March 13, 1961 in Manhasset, New York to the late Frederick Arthur and Hope Therese Hasselgren Turk. Michael was employed with Spectrio as a Sales Manager. Mr. Turk was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Lynn Turk; three daughters, Katherine Hope Turk, Victoria Lynn Turk, and Erica Michelle Chambers (Travis); two sons, Andrew Michael Turk and Kevin Anthony Turk (Karla); four sisters, Ellen Dombrowski (Frank), Robyn Turk (Pat), Susan Turk, and Mary Turk (Pete); four brothers, Robert Turk (Cecelia), Matthew Turk, Patrick Turk, and Richard Turk; four grandchildren, Cohen and Reid Chambers, Veronica and Damien Turk; several nieces and nephews; Online condolences may be made at www.PooleFuneralHome.net
