Mr. Nathaniel Eric Thomas, 49, of Woodstock, GA, died July 28, 2019, at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Poole Funeral Home Chapel.� Burial will follow at 3:30 pm Saturday at� Dawn Memorial Park, 4685 Glenwood Road, Decatur, GA. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2019 at Poole Funeral Home.�� Eric was a loving father, husband, and friend to everyone he had met. He enjoyed sports and politics; he would always let people know he was a UNC Tarheel for life! Eric enjoyed being a chef, cooking became his passion he found joy in creating new dished for his family to try. If you truly knew Eric, his sarcastic humor could light up a quiet room. He always kept up laughing. His smile could light up a room. He is loved so very much and will be missed even more.
