Paige Rinker, 59, of 3313 Eagle Watch Drive in Woodstock, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024, after a brief illness. Survivors include husband, Rod Rinker, son, Chris Rinker, his wife Nalyia, granddaughter Nazareth Rinker, daughter, Jessica Rinker, and a sister, Melanie Jenson, and her husband John. She was preceded in death, by her father, Fred Moore, mother, Edna Moore, and brother Freddie Moore.

Paige was born in Warm Springs, Georgia on December 7, 1964. She attended Manchester High School near Warm Springs and then later Riverdale High School after she moved to the Atlanta Metro area during her teen years. She attended West Georgia College for two years studying nursing.

She worked as an EMT driver for a while before becoming a Sales Assistant at Unum Life Insurance Company. She later worked as an Executive Assistant at CST Software Company.

Paige met Rod Rinker in 1996 and they were married in Key West, Florida in 1998. Rod and Paige were married for 26 years and had 2 children, Chris and Jessica. When she was not taking care of her family, she worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Pre-School at Hillside United Methodist Church while the children were toddlers.

As the children progressed through elementary and middle school, Paige was very involved supporting them in their youth sports activities acting as a Team Mom for many of the football, basketball, and gymnastics teams. When Chris and Jessica were in high school, Paige was actively involved in leading the Etowah High School Track Booster Club.

Paige had a passion for animals, having three dogs of her own, Rio, Cooper, and Daisy, as well as a cat, Smokey. She actively worked in Pet Rescue for many years as an adoption coordinator. Additionally, she was very creative with her crafts, especially decorating bottles for holidays and special occasions. She also loved yardwork and working with her plants. Paige helped to maintain the Eagle Watch Community webpage, as well as the UGA Buy and Sell webpage. Paige attended Watermark Church which later became Woodstock City Church in Woodstock, Georgia.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 6th starting at 2:00 pm at Poole Funeral Home. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Poole Funeral Home with Jared Smith from Woodstock City Church, providing the eulogy. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery: 120 Memorial Drive, Canton, Georgia 30114.
