Mrs. Patricia (Patsy) Ann Thompson Goodman 70, of Acworth departed this life Friday March 12, 2021. Mrs. Goodman was born in Marietta to her parents Arthur Leroy and Geraldine Freeman Thompson. Patsy loved to work in her garden and yard, she loved going to the beach and spending time with her family; Patsy loved unconditionally and touched many lives with her selfless love, Patsy was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother "Nana"� and great grandmother she will be missed by all who knew her. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Leroy and Geraldine Freeman Thompson, sister', Edna Lee Jackson and Linda Lou Thompson.Survivors include her loving husband Larry Goodman, children and their spouse, Rebecca and Doug Hamby of Acworth and Paul and Ashley Goodman of Acworth, grandchildren; Bryson Higgins, Amber and Steve Koreny, Michele and Shane Brasher, Aliyah Goodman, and William James Goodman, great grandchildren, Amara Koreny, Pressley Brasher and Finley Brasher as well as several nieces and nephews.Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patricia (Patsy) Ann Thompson Goodman will be Sunday March 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Poole Funeral Home with Brother Randy Hall officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the service hour. Poole Funeral Home and Cremations services of Woodstock is in charge of the service.
