Phillip Grady Cheek (61) born May 8, 1959 in Duluth, Georgia at Joan Glancy Hospital, passed peacefully in his sleep at his home Thursday, August 13, 2020. Phillip has lived in Bartow since 1995 and loved the community. He served in the Navy Branch of the Armed Forces as an E-4 rank, with an honorable discharge. His career was a driver in the truck lining business since 1983. He loved fishing any time he got a chance and firing up the grill to make his famous BBQ burgers. Loved Nascar, watching the races at Dixie Speedway and the Georgia Bulldogs. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Avid fan of the bands Foreigner, Queen, and Pink Floyd Was a member of Euharlee Baptist Church in Euharlee, Ga since 2001.
