Vivian Annette Osburn, 94, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 24, 2023. She was the daughter of Alta Mae Stiltner and Fred S. Stiltner born on November 6, 2028. She was also preceded in death by her husband Homer Brady Osburn, Sr. of 63 years; daughter-Terry Lynn Osburn; daughter-in-law Crystal Osburn; and many dear nephews and nieces. Vivian was a 1945 graduate of Huntington High School and former employee of Sylvania for seven years. She retired after 27 years from the Veterans’ Administration as a secretary for the Chief Council of Veteran’s Affairs. She was a member of New Hope Methodist Church where she had great friends and was part of the Sisters in Christ. After moving from Ohio to Georgia to be with her daughter Candace, she enjoyed activities of Brave’s games, going to plays, enjoying her granddaughters, and playing games with her neighbors. She is survived by her son H. Brady Osburn, Jr. from Catlettsburgh, KY ; daughter Candace Meek of Canton, GA; four grandchildren; Marc (Jennifer) Osburn, Tiffany (Rod) Rappold, Heather (Chase) Hargraves, Allison (Stacy) Meek; six great grandchildren; Brandon (Griffith) Osburn, Alex Osburn, Cailyn Osburn, Blake Osburn, Jaxson Rappold, and Jace Rappold. Great-Great grandchild Isabella Osburn. Vivian loved her family and the Lord with all her heart and especially her fur babies Niko and Sadie. Poole Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements as she will be buried in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. There will be a graveside service for family and close friends at 11:00 AM.
