Wendy Carol Tarantino

Mrs. Wendy Carol Tarantino 62, of Woodstock departed this life Thursday July 1, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Wendy was born in Lewiston, New York to her parents, Charles, and Carol (Joyce) Gray. Wendy married the love of her life, Giuseppe (Joe) Tarantino, August 30, 1980. They traveled all over the world together and cherished every minute they had together in each other's presence. Wendy enjoyed sailing, cooking and traveling. She was a kind, selfless and caring person,. She always put others needs before her own, and she will be missed by all who knew her. Wendy is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Carol Gray and a brother Robert Gray. Survivors include her loving husband of over 40 years, Joe Tarantino, her children and their spouses Nicole and John Stevenson, Alex and Alexis Tarantino; brother, Chuck (Cindy)Gray, sister, Linda Jordan and 1 grandchild, Rylan Tarantino, sisters-in-law include, Rose (Aneglo) Morinello and Emily (Anthony) Masseo, (Anthony) and her nieces and nephews, Melissa (Joseph) Genovese, Matthew Morniello, Andrew(Jenn) Masseo, Michael(fiance- Rosie Muto) Masseo . Services to honor the life of Wendy Tarantino will be Wednesday July 7, 2021, at 10 AM in the chapel of Poole Funeral Home with Brother Larry Baker officiating. The family will meet with friends for a visitation Tuesday July 6, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. Poole Funeral Home and Cremations Services of Woodstock, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations are welcome to American Cancer Society.
