William Huff

Mr. William Harvey Huff, Jr. passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. He was 78. Funeral services for Mr. Huff will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Poole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Keith Norman officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Primitive Baptist Church in Dunwoody, GA. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Poole Funeral Home. Mr. Huff was born June 13, 1939 in Alpharetta, Georgia to the late William Harvey, Sr. and Atlanta Barnett Huff. Mr. Huff was in the Heating & Air business for over 30 years. Mr. Huff was a guitar player and lead singer for The Cherokee Drifters for over 20 plus years. Mr. Huff is survived by his wife, Angelan Huff, Canton, GA; two daughters, Kristy Davis, Canton, GA., and Angela Craik, Marietta, GA; his sons, Derek Huff (Rachael) Acworth, GA., Michael Giddeons (April), Comer, GA; grandchildren, Austin Huff, Kobe Davenport, Jessica Huff, Tiffany Huff, Levi Huff, Kristina Davis, Matt Davis, Ashley Davis, and Leonard Davis, Jr., Daniel Giddeons, and Joshua Giddeons; one expected great-grandchild, Roxas Ray Renzler; two sisters, Clara Mae Lewis, Doraville, GA. and Thelma Finley, Roswell, GA; two nephews, Wayne Davis and Travis Davis; Online condolences may be made at www.poolefuneralhome.net
